Indoor RC Blimp Airship Rental Rates: (each event day consists of 2 hour setup, 4 hour event, 2 hour load out)
Our popular eBlimp RC Airship packages are available for rental for both indoors and outdoors. Standard eBlimp rentals include a complete functioning RC Blimp system and a skilled operator.
All of our standard rentals systems include:
* Internal LED lighting,
* Prize Drop Mechanism (for dropping coupons, giftcards, etc.)
* Multiple batteries and charger for multiple flights throught event.
* Helium delivery arrangement (within USA, Helium cost additional)
Trade Shows & Corporate Parties: using stock 2.5 - 4.5 meter (8 - 15 ft) Blimps $900 first day, $750 each consecutive day.
Sporting events: using stock 2.5 - 6 meter (8 - 20 ft) Blimps $1400 first day, $1100 each consecutive day.
Film & production events - Post production use: using stock 2.5 - 6 meter (8 - 20 ft) Blimps $1400 first day, $1100 each consecutive day.
LIVE (televised) Film & production events - using stock 2.5 - 6 meter (8 - 20 ft) Blimps $1900 first day, $1500 each consecutive day.
Aerial Videography rates are quoted per event, based on requiremnts and range from $900 - $4900 for the first day
* Event operation requires $500 per day deposit, plus travel expenses. Final values will be billed upon event completion according to event proposal details. These deposits are Non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
* All Events involving travel will be billd a fixed aproximate travel cost before the event, unless you request to pay actual travel expense after the event. If you pay actual travel expenses, the total will include: airport parking, airfare, luggage costs, car rental, gasoline, food, hotel parking plus $500 per travel day for each person traveling.
*Events outside of southern California will require helium provided on site by contracting party, unless otherwise specified in writing. MicroFlight Inc. is not responsible for refunding events cancelled due to lack of helium delivery.
* Full Payment will always be required if events are cancelled by the contracting party after travel has commenced. This includes events cancelled due to lack of logistical planning.
* Events that are cancelled due to extreme weather, will not be required to pay the full event value, however, client will be required to pay full travel expenses, plus $500 per day including traveland and standby days. Excess deposit values may be refunded, and insufficient deposit values will be billed additional.

5 meter / 17 ft Blimp - $1900 first event day, $1500 each consectutive day.
